Delete your ClothesBazzar account
You can permanently delete your ClothesBazzar account and personal data at any time. Here is how.
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- 1Open the ClothesBazzar app and sign in.
- 2Go to the Account tab, then open Settings.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm your password and follow the final confirmation to permanently delete your account.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address registered on your account and we will process your deletion request:
Please use the subject line "Account deletion request". We may verify your identity before processing.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, profile photo, wishlist and saved payment references. Your account is deactivated and can no longer be signed in to.
What is retained, and for how long
Records of completed orders, invoices, tax documents and settlements are retained in a de-identified form for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (up to 8 years). These records are no longer linked to your personal identity. We do not store your card or UPI details; payments are processed securely by our payment partner.
Timeline
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
